In partnership with The Bottle Shop of Grafton, The Stillery’s Coopercraft Straight Bourbon Small Batch selection clocks in at 112.54 proof consisting of a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barely.  At nine years old, this limited release single barrel combines uniqueness with familiarity.  With an extremely sweet nose of caramel and toffee, this single barrel pick possesses classic bourbon flavors with an undefined uniqueness and smooth finish.  The bottle drinks well below the proof. As a contemporary Michigan distillery, this is an excellent addition to anyone’s whiskey collection as it can be served neat, on the rocks, or in any whiskey cocktail!
