This big Belgian Dark Strong Ale spent more than a year aging in the Stillery's barrel select Jefferson's Reserve Cabernet finish. With a strong malty backbone, Belgian spice esters, and red licorice notes, this beast of a brew seemed the perfect partner for a smooth Bourbon and the fruity, tannic notes delivered by the red wine.
