Finish: This 8-barrel blend was aged 9.5 years in once used bourbon barrels and finished for 6 months in French Limousin oak.

Tasting Notes

Nose: creamed honey, peanut brittle, roasted and candied peanuts, roasted and candied cashews, soft pull caramel, rich dark spicy tobacco, light fleeting coffee and rich fatty custard.

Palate: creamy custard, coffee, toffee, spicy cedar, clove, cinnamon, cacao (powder and nibs), syruppy cinnamon, toast, candied ginger, roasted cashews, roasted peanuts and char grilled herbs, generic redberry sweetness.
