Selected in person at Dancing Goat Distillery in Cambridge, WI, The Stillery is thrilled to bring another exclusive Limousin Rye barrel pick to our Whiskey Club.  The first of its kind from Dancing Goat Distillery, this Limousin Rye pick aged for eight years and finished in a honey barrel for five months.  This pick possesses the iconic Limousin Rye characteristics of vanilla,  dark fruits, warm spice and black pepper finishing with rich, lingering honey sweetness. A phenomenally balanced and unique finished whiskey that is a must have!
