The West comes to The Stillery & Wisconsin!  The Stillery is proud to announce the release of High West Barrel Select - PX Sherry Barrel Finish. One of its kind and the only single barrel release in Wisconsin for 2024, this High West pick is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged 4-9 years and finished in PX Sherry barrels for 11 months.  With notes of fall vibes, the palate offers rich flavors of spiced dates, apples, baking spices and dark chocolate finishing with black pepper and allspice.  With a proof of 104.2, this High West pick is wonderfully smooth and decadent - a testament to complexity of barrel finished bourbons.
